GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Specialist for Digital Marketing in Brazil will coordinate initiatives to support the Brazilian SUI business utilizing digital channels and e-commerce.
This role will be key in the implementation of aligned initiatives leveraging social media, paid search and display advertising along with advertising agency. This person will align with Brazilian lead as well as LAC lead on initiatives to support. In addition, will focus on driving e-commerce projects on selected Marketplaces (i.e. B2W) and via Where to Buy with the cross functional guidance of key departments such as IT, Warehousing and Customer Service and Channel Marketing.
This includes but is not limited to the following activities to support the strategy:
• Collaborate with channel team to execute agreed upon digital marketing activities to support key channel partners
• Build out Ansell’s e-commerce efforts to connect all aspects of the Ansell digital ecosystem.
• Manage relationship with local agency of record, corresponding budget and oversee implementation of paid search, social media and display advertising
• Oversee e-mail campaigns lead with local Marketo expert; manage monthly reporting.
• Manage JIRA ticket process to develop or update new pages on site; coordinate content development with corresponding marketing contact.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on digital marketing best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Contribute to Americas’ digital strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer experience / customer journey
• Lead execution of all digital marketing activities in LAC
• Campaign microsites
• Social Media (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Linked In)
• Paid Search and Display
• Channel specific programs
• Manage daily digital projects – liaise with DIG team, CBS teams, and/or external vendors to ensure timely execution of activities based on project plans and regionalization of content.
• Assist local lead, with development and execution of new marketing automation and lead management processes
• Contribute to monthly reports / dashboards on performance of IGBU digital marketing activities (e.g. web site traffic, e-mail open rates, etc.)
• Analyze results and make recommendations on opportunities for improvement of campaign microsite content, digital ad designs, social media posts, e-mail messaging / design, keywords through paid search, placement of display advertising. Share results/learnings with broader organization.
• E-commerce leadership (assortment, content, partner opportunity identification, media)
• Provide council on global digital marketing strategy and share best practices
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related business area
Job Experience
• 3+ years of experience in marketing with digital marketing experience
• Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
• Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Marketo
• Understanding of E-commerce. Prior experience preferred.
