THE OPPORTUNITY
 
We’re looking for a talented BI Specialist to join our Marketing team in São Paulo!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website, and other touchpoints;
  • Conduct end-to-end analyses and analyze extensive data to support the development of new strategies and decision making;
  • Present data and insights in approachable terms for your audience in compelling way to influence marketing decisions;
  • Design, track, and forecast key product and business metrics to drive insights and direction for mobile-first strategy based on KPI performance and user journey analysis;
  • Configure and operate Google Analytics, Tableau or future analytics platforms to build high-visibility dashboards and journey funnels;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of web strategies and test and iterate to yield higher ROI;
  • Support data-driven discussions within marketing, martech and across business areas;
  • Identify the tools or capabilities needed to increase website performance;
  • Be a subject matter expert and a go-to resource for the test and target strategies;
  • Conduct experimentation results pre and post-analysis;
  • Validate event tracking across multiple platforms (client & server-side) to ensure we are collecting the data we need to successfully monitor experiments;
  • Augment current tracking with additional metadata to give better visibility;
  • Improve our experimentation platform through the analysis of results A/B tests.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Experience in Marketing website analytics;
  • Direct experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms/data visualization platforms;
  • Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from C-level executives to peer-level colleagues;
  • Experience in SQL, Sheets, Python;
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a love of digging into data;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data and to distill into key takeaways;
  • A team player who is comfortable working with third-party vendors, internal development, engineers, data analysts and multiple cross-functional teams across the org on complex problems;
  • Advanced level fluency of English in business environments; speaking, reading and writing.
