Job Description

  • Plan and describe requirements and standards for our websites
  • Tools improvements and new projects.
  • Champion the customer experience at the project planning.
  • Support the other marketing areas, providing them performance data and training content; helping them to analyze that data and implementing the best practices regarding our website and answering their questions and issues.
  • Ensure projects alignment and timeline through proper project management.
  • Working very closely with our partners across GM, including: Content team, Product team, Dealer Digital Program and agencies.
  • Ensure that all advertising adhere to the website, mapping all the strategy and making sure that everything will me measure and analyzed
  • Analyze web analytics data, improve clients experience, optimize Audiences customization
  • Analyze customer database and CRM campaigns results to optimize customer experience on digital
  • Measure digital journey end to end to prove the marketing impact on the sales process

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Statistics, Project Management, etc).
  • Experience working with Customer Experience Design and IT required
  • Demonstrated understanding of Marketing Funnel, Lead management and web analytics
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Working knowledge of dealerships would be helpful in this position
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • English (advanced) is essential and Spanish will be a plus.
