Amazon.com.br is looking for a Business Intelligence Program Manager to play an important role within Brazil retail team. You will work cross-functionally with retail, operations and technology teams on a wide variety of projects and definition of KPIs including demand planning, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, selection growth and customer experience.
You are a self-starter with a real passion for retail and internet, a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and dedication. He or she will have shown analytical capability, project management skills and will be customer focused, deeply detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Responsibilities include:
• Define the list of high priority projects to ensure alignment of initiatives and the road map.
• Create Key Performance Indicators that are relevant to the retail organization.
• Manage new project intake and ensure that projects have enough resources internally and externally.
• Monitors and execute projects on time and with high quality standards.
• Effectively communicate projects progress within the organization
• Manage launches of major new releases from stock availability to customer experience, coordinating teams across the business.
• Analyze business drivers such as traffic, pricing trends, and marketing and merchandising results and translate them into suggested actions and applicable projects
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel
• Experience with a blend of technical, business and project/ program management roles
