Our shared services team is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support the decision-making, topic analysis, development of dashboards and KPIs for the business. Working experience in SQL is required.

What you will be doing:

• • Creation of Dashboards.
  • Features to track KPIs & SLAs
  • Automate Process Books of Results from SSC (Vision of Quantity and Quality)
  • Implement improvement process tool RPAs (where applicable)
  • Support audit & projects
  • Generate forecast reports (AP & AR) Generate BSA and BSR reports

What the successful candidate looks like:

• • Programming-related knowledge and experience, SQL is a MUST, Python and R are a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management skills.
  • Audit and finance experience are a plus.
