What You’ll Achieve

As a Senior Business Intelligence Advisor, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements.

You Will

  • Coach and mentor new team members on the business processes and technologies
  • Determine future reporting requirements and strategic needs aligned to the organization/corporate strategy
  • Build and implement a mid-level reporting strategy and develop sophisticated solutions for difficult problems
  • Work with governing bodies to ensure metrics’ definitions are consistent globally
  • Deliver valuable analytics insights that informs/guide Engineering teams regarding performance and stability application improvements (ex: HTTP errors, TTI, Navigation Timings, Google CWV).

Essential Requirements

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

  • Technical expertise along with presentation and communication skills (Advanced/Fluent Engligh)
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL or other DB query languages. Experience in optimization and manipulation high volume of data consider a plus.
  • Experience in create and define metrics and KPIs driven by business needs.
  • Knowledge in RUM Tools, preferably Akamai Boomerang
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau and also a familiarity with data analysis languages (such as Python or R)will be consider a plus.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Working experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Troubleshooting skills and understanding of modern Web Applications architecture.
