You will be responsible for answering calls, solving problems and answering questions, gathering customer information for proper guidance, focusing on service excellence, exchanges and returns, after sales, maintenance and care for all marketplaces.
Fluency in English is essential! We are not looking for experience, but willingness to learn and availability of time!
