Overview

The Group Digital & Innovation Team is today driving a major effort to raising the awareness of these levers to our business transformation, defining the digital & innovation strategy for the group, setting necessary capabilities (including data and guiding IT transformation) and, piloting schemes and projects across geographies, business lines and functions. These initiatives will aim at leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency, performance and customer proximity and understanding.

More concretely Group Digital & Innovation Team is focused today on catalize, transform and accelerate.

Designing and implementing new QoL services / solutions for our consumers, clients and employees in an enhanced customer-centricity, agile, test & learn and analytical-oriented mode is a key operational and cultural challenge for Sodexo. Bringing new skills, methodologies and capabilities represent key levels for implementation success.

Sodexo is concretely willing to accelerate Digital & Innovation in Brazil. As part of this ambition, Sodexo is looking for a Digital & Innovation Director for Brazil to be part of this Global team.

His/Her main roles to begin with will be to:

  • Focus, to begin with, in supporting the Corporate Services Segment to define and drive the development of the Digital & Innovation roadmap
  • Become a leading voice and driver of the Digital & Innovation transformation in the country

As a member of the Global Digital & Innovation team, he/she, will also play a key role in:

  • Leveraging knowledge, resources, and competencies from the from the Global Digital & Innovation organization to the completion of his projects
  • Ensuring he shares Brazils’ best demonstrated practices across the organization.

Main missions for Digital & Innovation Director will be to:

For the Corporate Segment:

  • Explore, ideate potential added value solutions/ services that contribute to improving value to our clients, customer or/and employees

o Analyse competitors and players in other sector’s digital strategy, to identify opportunities, gaps and risks for Sodexo

o Contribute to build and maintain a vision of newcomers and emerging technologies in selected segments/functions

o Identify behaviour or business needs from clients, customers and employees that digital can enabler

  • Work closely with business leaders to define the place and impact of digitalization for Sodexo and its businesses in the future and translate into feasible and tangible projects and initiatives

o Drive and ensure end-to–end execution and monitoring of Digital & Innovation initiatives in including:

o Project managing these projects from pilot to execution

o Bring together the necessary methodologies (notably co-designing with consumers, building bricks vs. entire solutions, measuring a changing to optimize etc…), capabilities, external partners to ensure fast implementation of selected pilots/ initiatives

o Propose and manage relations with potential external partners necessary to the development of selected pilots / projects

o Leverage Digital & Innovation teams to support and actively contribute in selected projects

o Provide necessary efforts to influence, support and educate on-site teams in the development or implementation of pilots /projects (including trainings)

o Monitoring and communicating the results of projects

  • More concretely, he/she will play an important role in:

o Defining (together with communications team) content and communications strategy related to the implementation of Digital projects, including the follow up of necessary KPIs and corrective actions.

o Supervising the IT development and Data aspects of digital projects

In his/her position in the region/Group:

  • He/she, will, play a larger role for the Region/Group, as he/she is expected to:
  • Contribute to the Digital’s Global Community animation and communication
  • Support major Regional projects (to be defined locally)
  • Support Group in the implementation of key projects locally
  • Leverage Global experts to contribute in regional projects
  • Support the Group in the organization of digital/ data/innovation events or/and trainings in Brazil
  • Become a leading voice at Sodexo in creating awareness on technologies and trends, digital strategy, priorities and projects for Brazil on Digital


Requisitos e qualificações

  • Business / Engineering / IT School or University degree
  • Solid experience in Digital environment
  • Preferably proven experiences in Management / development of digital complex projects and Digital communications in content and communication strategies in complex digital ecosystems
  • Real knowledge of digital techniques and methodologies (search, e-commerce, analytics, social media …)
  • First experience in Social Media, SEO and UX design
  • Experience in a complex change management projects within large organizations
  • Experience in digital and project management
  • Fully fluent in English, fluency in other languages is a plus
