A typical day at work

At Electrolux, we go to work every day to create forward-looking innovation and world class consumer experiences in the areas of cooking, cleaning and wellbeing for millions of homes in Latin America and beyond. If you are passionate about creating intuitive, human-centric design for a more sustainable way of living then our multi-disciplinary design team might be the place for you.

As Interaction Designer, you will contribute to our mission by accompanying the development of products from concept to launch, connecting the dots between physical products and digital experiences. Your responsibilities will span across many aspects of dynamic and interactive qualities of products, including, but not limited to: information architecture, interaction, motion, usability, visual, sound and prototyping.

You will be expected to work hand-in-hand with our local and global design team and the areas of product development, marketing, and technology, bringing intuitive products to life. It will be your role to promote core UX principles and concepts for UI design, using derived insights and analysis results that provide meaningful values to target users and the company. You will identify key dependencies, surface use cases and strive to reduce user friction.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
