About this opportunity
Responsible for sales/rental contracts management. Coordinate with key stakeholders any process and control regarding iTero. Support CommOps leadership with information, insights generation, optimization and accountability.

In this role, you will…
  • Management of iTero rental contracts.
    • Ensure control and execution of the rental agreement by Align.
    • Contract SLA management.
    • Spare parts controls and reports.
    • Rental returns; Management, calculation, and request for fines collection.
    • Control of rental pool and general asset management.
    • Data management of rented iTeros
    • Perform “ad hoc” analysis and required processes as assigned
  • Project Management and commercial experience – Interpersonal, analytical, didactic communication, problem solving, organizational and prioritization
  • Plan and implement new strategic projects to improve delivery and sales strategy for iTero across LATAM.
  • Direct interface with the customer regarding:
    • General questions about the contracts and payments
    • Work with the CS teams generating empowerment, for first call resolution, creating resolution process and response scripts
  • Post-Sales management, main point of customer contact and support during contract period.
  • Control and internal reporting of billing and customers with pending issues.
  • Discuss, draft, review and negotiate the terms of commercial contracts
  • Preparation of proposals for customers and commercial bids to help bring in new business on B2B
  • Producing plans and budgets and schedules on B2B
  • Systematic execution, control, and reporting sales metrics, supporting Commercial operations teams across the Latin America region.
  • Work to improve the execution of sales processes in place, including reporting, cycle plan, structure alignment and touch points, customer programs & commercial administrative activities.
  • Coordinate activities to foster the proposal of ideas aiming to improve internal processes, customer satisfaction, and or overall department efficiencies. – Be a leader on CRM and BI tools, plan and implement new functionalities, share knowledge, and foster discipline usage across the organization.
  • Handle escalations, difficult or sensitive issues following department guidelines. – Planning projects, elaborating documenting presentations and reports.
In this role, you’ll need …
  • 6+ years of experience supporting either analytics or business intelligence.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Preferable bachelor’s degree (BA) in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish are required.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with minimum direction
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills with presentation techniques.
