About this Job
We are looking for a Jr Innovation Analyst to join our BASES Customer Success Team. Imagine working closely with the world’s biggest consumer packaged goods manufacturers for categories such as personal care, home care, foods and beverages, alcohol, pharma etc. and help them better understand consumer’s dynamics, innovations ‘potential and portfolio management opportunities to achieve their business objectives. All of these, supported by the best-in-class research and predictive analytical tools. NielsenIQ BASES team is uniquely positioned to consult with clients and provide insights and intelligence to drive more effective decision making.

As Jr Innovation Analyst you will be able to understand the client business objective and work on the report analysis focusing on those goals. You will also help the area by managing different projects, being able to help clients by understanding their needs. Be curious. Be collaborative. Be forward thinking. Responsibilities
• Summarizes data to produce tables, charts, and graphs, analyzing in-market data and study results to draft reports and presentations
• Reviews data for errors and inconsistencies, using internal tools and data sources
• Prepares initial client correspondence also attending client meetings and presentations occasionally in person but most often over the phone
• Usually handles 4 projects at a time, following NielsenIQ BASES security policies every day (Doesn`t incur in security incidents and does all the necessary certifications)
• Meets deadlines, delivers projects & tasks on time, being able to identify problems along the tasks and at least communicate them to seniors, demonstrating willingness to do whatever fits the current set of skills to solve the issues with sense of urgency
• Agile Communication with clients: maximum 24Hrs to respond to an email. Hang out messages maximum response time is in the next 3hrs (if sent during the workday)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar
• Desirable experience in Business Intelligence / Market Analysis
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
• Fluent English or Spanish
• Effective communication and Organization
• Client Management skills
