O Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) é um serviço B2B pago que visa ajudar marcas e parceiros estratégicos a se desenvolverem de maneira sustentável com a Amazon.Como especialista de marca na equipe SVS, você ganhará exposição de 360 graus em todas as áreas do e-commerce, sendo responsável por todo o relacionamento com suas marcas e aconselhando seus principais parceiros de gerenciamento de contas com o seu conhecimento do negócio. Você definirá e implementará planos de ação sob medida para impulsionar o desempenho de suas marcas, monitorar as métricas de sucesso diariamente e garantir que a experiência da marca no serviço SVS esteja no mais alto nível. Colaborar com as principais funções de varejo, como Gestão de Fornecedores, Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos, Finanças e Marketing.Nesta posição, você irá gerenciar fornecedores de média a alta complexidade, trabalhando com orientação limitada do seu gestor para entregar o serviço. Você também será responsável por projetos de pequeno a média complexidade, impactando Especialistas SVS em sua categoria.

Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) is a paid B2B service that aims to help strategic brands partners and vendors with Amazon.As a Brand Specialist in the SVS team, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce, owning the end-to-end relationship with your brands and advising your key account management partners as a business expert. You will define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost your brands’ performance, monitor success metrics on a daily basis, and ensure the brand’s experience of the SVS service is at the highest level. Key job responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day relationships, and negotiate and secure marketing funds;
  • Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools;
  • Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow;
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products;
  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion;
  • Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external partners, while meeting tight deadlines.

A day in the life

  • Analyzes sub-category output metrics to make decisions regarding pricing, selection, and convenience and drives for improvements;
  • Owns the Retail P&L for sub-categories;
  • Develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement;
  • Reviews results of promotions and changes course of action and negotiates new promotions if needed;
  • Audits all elements of sub-category business (e.g., inputs, outputs, site experience, team performance), performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and makes decisions based on data;
  • Acts as escalation point to respond to vendor needs for sub-categories; identifies and communicates trends.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS required;
  • Demonstrated business discernment with effective written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • Experience in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, account management, product management or project management;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Abilities in cost management and defining business strategy;
  • The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills inside and outside the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ability to quickly learn a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and Access) is necessary, and prior experience is a plus;
  • SQL and VBA knowledge are a plus;
  • Prior experience with presentation, organization and account/vendor management is preferred;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven multi-tasking ability, and quantitative analysis;
  • Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and analytical.
