We are looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager responsible for partnership development and maintenance and giving input to new client engagement strategies.

**What You Will Do:
• Use our product strengths and specifics to create custom proposals of solutions for the client.
• Use workable knowledge about strategies for client attraction and retention.
• Create custom offers to T1, T2, and Editorial clients, calculate the estimated/possible loss with a fixed contract and have it approved by the team leader.
• Monitor market changes and proactively… inform the team leader on any business/competitor/partner news, upcoming circumstances (e.g., global/regional demand/CPC drop), and other issues that can affect the publisher’s revenue.
• Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with existing and potential new clients in the region and different ad tech-related entities.
• Organize the working process with clients to maximize our revenue and minimize losses for the company.
• Keep track on the contract profitability of each of the T1, T2, Editorial publishers and other publishers with non-standard types of contracts (floor, fix)
• Check daily, weekly and monthly client traffic stats and make a route course analysis regarding traffic fluctuations and investigate the reasons for drop or increase.
• Make thorough client analyses: traffic composition/stats forecast evaluation, placement/format prioritization, financial estimation (CPM counter) and perform calculations with the prior approval of the team lead.
• Search for traffic sources alternatives/additional non-native traffic opportunities (DFP, Header bidding, Instant Articles, Video, etc.) depending on the company’s focus.
• Perform lead generation activities, ability to use various lead generation tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, Alexa, Publicwww, etc.
• Evaluate priority ad placement, rates, and formats of the ads considering website layout for all Tier types.
• Bring the required amount of new clients daily (KPIs are set by the team leader monthly.
• Create necessary documents: presentations, financial and business proposals (approved by team leader), commercial offer letters, and non-exclusive agreements on a Revenue Share basis.
• Facilitate idea generation of new ad types and formats/features that can interest the local Internet advertising market. Share exciting and new competitor formats.
• Represent the company during essential industry events. Target and attend conferences to sign new partners and solidify existing relationships.
• Work closely with the client’s team to ensure a successful ad code & tech implementation with the Account Managers.
• Help Account Managers gather information for meetings/calls with the clients, especially for Quarter and Yearly meetings.

Requirements

Who You Are:
• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship on the digital advertising environment.
• Experience with working with premium content websites, media, or networks from Brazil.
• Demonstrates and has general digital market understanding & knowledge: knows big media publishers and has understanding of their business model.
• Knows main and key players on the market, their strategy of business operations and has basic understanding of revenue generation strategies.
• Has clear understanding of Publishers’ “problems” and “pains” • Involves Publishers in the company’s marketing activities, as needed (e.g. invite to take part in the webinar as a speaker/participant, invite to a meet-up, etc.
• Fluent English.
