SAP Globalization Services is looking for a an enthusiastic, insights-driven, strategic-minded, solution-oriented, and vibrant team player with user experience design skills.


TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product experts and users to understand the business processes, the users’ needs, and how the software can cover them. You will then work with the development team and other UX designers to guarantee high quality standards and alignment with our design system, principles, and best practices.

EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS)

  • University degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Interaction Design, or a related area
  • 4+ years’ experience in UX design
  • Fluency in working with visual design and wire-framing tools, for example, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, user-centered design methods, and design processes, and qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Deep understanding of UI design best practices, and current UI technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Ability to onboard and mentor new hires and more junior team members
  • Ability to collaborate actively and effectively in multidisciplinary, distributed, and international teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment within a highly entrepreneurial organization
  • Fluency in English
