Overview

We are looking for a Social Media BI to create and manage insights and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge in our content studio. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Responsibilities
Translate business needs to technical specifications
Marketing analytics partner to feed the marketing team with insights from own social accounts and social listening.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and find the story in the metrics, create and communicate insights by analyzing data from variety of sources, both quantitative and qualitative;
Build Insights reports weekly
Collaborate with local and external multicultural teams to integrate processes
Work closely with direct external suppliers, third party vendors, agencies, and relevant external networks.
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
Analyze big data to discover trends and patterns

Requirements
Experience working in Digital and Social Media (Social Listening or Business Intelligence);
Strong knowledge of how Social Media platforms work (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube);
Strong knowledge of Social Media Listening Tools (Talkwalker will be considered an extra)
Industry experience is preferred
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Understanding of Branding, Marketing and Research Communication;
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
Familiarity with Media Tools (e.g. Business Manager, DV360)
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Proficiency in English. (Spanish will be considered an extra)

Extra
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Fluency with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) – ability to create interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports.
