Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in IaaS or SaaS sales with a focus on new technologies.
  • Experience in sales, customer success, or account management in the Cloud industry.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Cloud Digital Leader.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and willing to test and iterate different engagement and sales methods.
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently.

As a founding team member of our Startup Success Team, you will help us drive Google for Startups program awareness, engagement, and growth of Brazilian startups. You will ensure that new and high-potential startups choose Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as their main cloud provider to build and grow their business.

Prioritizing the customer’s experience, you will work alongside team members and stakeholders to lead scaled Go-To-Market sales methods to accelerate adoption and drive customer success. This includes working alongside regional Business Development, Marketing, Google for Startups, and other key stakeholders to grow brand awareness in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-potential early to mid-stage startups to the Google for Startups Cloud Program.
  • Lead engagement, nurture, and drive growth of startups by identifying new cloud workload opportunities.
  • Design and deliver compelling narratives that accelerate adoption of cloud solutions through partnering with Customer Engineers, Product teams, and the extended Sales team.
  • Develop and refine the Google Cloud message to startups, collaborating closely with Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Communicate and engage with Founders, C-level executives, and Board of Directors of startups.
