• *During your day as a Technical Account Manager you will**:
– Work proactively with customers to understand their key projects, pertinent goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
– Establishes and maintains a delivery governance… model with the customer at the implementation, operational, management, and executive levels, as applicable;
– Maintains relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customer’s primary point of contact to deliver our services;
– Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about its strategy, progress, risks, and mitigations/adjustments required;
– Identify customer needs and help end-users with the product in the correct way and escalate the requests if necessary
– Inform customers about new features and functionalities;
• *As a Technical Account Manager you**:
– Experience on Linux;
– Experience with databases and demonstrated SQL experience (MySQL, Postgres);
– Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) and Marketplace add-ons;
– Have know with AWS Services;
– Familiarity with REST API (Integration);
– Best practices with Customer-first approach;
– Advanced English;
