All about the role:
Designing outstanding experiences lies at the heart of everything we do.

As a member of our Research Design Team, you will contribute to our bigger goal of making a positive impact on people’s everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions, while interfacing with other project teams to share the best methodologies and understand our consumers’ demands.

What… you’ll do:

As a UX Design Researcher, you will oversee design research processes and projects in order to promote improvement and efficacy.

On detail, you will:
• Manage the execution, maintenance and improvement of specific operational areas and activities, monitoring supplier and stakeholder activities;
• Contribute with largescale multifunctional projects, and lead small to midsized multifunctional projects, negotiating budget and sharing research results with stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of milestones;
• Coordinate and oversee design research processes and projects, in close collaboration with business areas, content team and external suppliers;
• Contribute to standardization of research processes, elaborating flowcharts, protocols and templates, and managing and structuring easyaccess research repository;
• Manage product logistics and test prototypes, documenting, storing and archiving research raw data;
• Prepare and verifying functioning of equipment and environment;
• Manage acquisition and logistics of gratuities.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Solid professional experience structuring and supporting UX research approaches, methods and tools (e.g. interviews, ethnographic research, surveys, usability, etc.);
• Experience with structuring and standardizing processes;
• Good level of software skills and overall computer literacy (Adobe, Microsoft etc)
• Advanced English;
• Advanced Portuguese and/or Spanish.

Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
