About the area
The Design team is an extension of the Marketing team to tell the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you’ll do
As an UX/UI Designer you must have in-depth experience with executing campaigns, persona targeting, and buyer’s journey marketing. The person who fills this role should also be experienced working cross functionally with key groups such as product marketing, sales, digital marketing, content, etc. Design areas will include user interface, navigation, interaction design, and business/user process engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design on our website and across other digital properties, participating in designing and development, working with internal stakeholders and our external agency partners;
- Develop and manage digital design guidelines and requirements in alignment with overall brand for a variety of technologies (web, mobile, etc);
- Adhere to visual guidelines, standards, UI library components and defined design language for the web, and communicate design, rationale and decisions supporting UI/UX collaboration;
- Design UI experiences and ensure consistency across all our digital properties (web, email, landing pages, etc.) and technologies (web, mobile, etc.)
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability as a User Experience Designer involving human interactions or cloud applications;
- Knowledge of UI design and prototyping with a history of successful project execution and the ability to design and build personas;
- Knowledge of responsive grid systems in layouts;
- Must understand design constraints such as browser capabilities, media types, platform differences, and operating systems;
- Quick learner with exceptional prioritization skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
