Within our web team, you will be involved through the entire lifecycle of our web customer journey. The team supports our customers drive the future set and functionality to help them run their physical resources. We are customer centric in ensuring our products deliver value in every aspect.
Accruent’s UX/UI Designer must have in-depth experience with executing campaigns, persona targeting, and buyer’s journey marketing. The person who fills this role should also be experienced working cross functionally with key groups such as product marketing, sales, digital marketing, content, etc. Design areas will include user interface, navigation, interaction design, and business/user process engineering.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand and Digital Experience and this is a remote work opportunity from Brazil.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Designs communication of case studies for marketing initiatives!
- Creates high fidelity experience and interface designs for all the Accruent web properties
- Ensure a consistent user experience across all Accruent web properties and design libraries
- Design and assist in implementing new user interfaces and navigation to drive more marketing leads and improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that our solution is accurately translated to the final application!!
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a design-related field.
- At least 4-5 years of demonstrated ability as a User Experience Designer involving human interactions or cloud applications.
- Knowledge of UI design and prototyping with a history of successful project execution and the ability to design and build personas.
- Knowledge of responsive grid systems in layouts
- Must understand design constraints such as browser capabilities, media types, platform differences, and operating systems.
- Quick learner with exceptional prioritization skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, engaging, able to work creatively within a team environment, and will stretch to deliver results on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Strong online portfolio showcasing your experience originating new concepts and innovative design approaches for the web with a significant impact on marketing efforts and business results.
